The 2022 Maleny Spring Fair was held on Saturday 1 October 2022. It featured a Garden Market at the Maleny Showgrounds and three private open gardens in Maleny.
The Garden Market
The Garden Market featured many varieties of plants and products, including plants from local gardens and Queensland nurseries as well as pottery, garden decor and tools. Morning and afternoon teas, lunches and local produce such as jams and baked goods were also be available.

Garden 1
The owners of Garden 1 began with a blank canvas and a 10 metre drop at the back of the block. They created a beautiful bird attracting, self-sustaining garden that blends with the landscape, climate and plants of the region.

Garden 2
The owners of Garden 2 outgrew their previous block and moved on to a larger project where they defined a vegetable patch, ornamental gardens, a rainforest and a fire pit. They subscribe to the theory of going with what works and abandoning what doesn’t – a great approach to a garden! The result is an eclectic mix providing peaceful surroundings and much joy,

Garden 3
This garden has been transformed from dense trees, scrub and weeds. Over the last 5 years it has emerged as a magnificent pattern of garden rooms and areas, with a tropical style garden forming as plants grow. It is a place of relaxation, peace and serenity – a haven away from a busy world and a place of solitude.
